Your day at NTT DATA
As a Procurement Tools Manager, your mission is to drive Procurement excellence. You’ll be responsible for devising, designing, and implementing strategic initiatives that elevate our Procurement practice by meticulously analyze the current Procurement landscape, conducting research and assessing efficiency gaps to develop templates, tools, KPIs, spend reports, forms, SharePoint, and Dashboards to support the Procurement Team. Your goal is to pinpoint areas where we can measure and enhance our processes. Armed with data-driven insights, you’ll create Dashboards, KPIs, Metrics, Templates, Forms, and Tools for process enhancements. These technology enhancements will lead to better customer service, cost savings, increased efficiencies, and stronger governance. As the Procurement Tools Manager, you’ll take charge of defining, developing, documenting, testing, and optimizing Tools used within the Procurement end-to-end processes. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Building out executive dashboards and KPI measurements within PowerBI
Build out vendor onboarding portal so vendor can upload requested information.
Build out Procurement yearly initiative pipelines/dashboard/metrics.
Advises relevant stakeholders, business partners and procurement on improvement tool options to support existing complex to highly complex end-to-end procurement processes.
Assesses procurement systems to identify areas of opportunity to streamline data, process, and programming to create efficiencies.
Conducts impact assessments of Tools & process to identify gaps by analyzing grey areas not clearly defined by established standards and ensuring that these are mapped with recommendations as part of the design phase.
Facilitates the design / re-design of complex tool(s) & processes including clarifying, identifying issues and facilitating changes to attain the highest levels of client service, efficiency, control and compliance
Engages with a variety of stakeholders, business partners and procurement to facilitate workshops to generate, review and update the new improved tool(s) & processes
Recommends and implements continuous operational improvements with clear measurable benefits
Presents the relevant business cases which articulate return on investment to the relevant stakeholders
Assists with the definition of risk mitigation action plans to resolve existing gaps in tool(s) & processes
Ensures the preparation of detailed tool(s) & process diagrams and the accompanying documentation in terms of tool(s) & process design
Assists with the implementation of operational changes to support campaigns
Ensures that all new tools(s) & processes are tested prior to implementation and liaises with the required internal teams to ensure the change control and management process
Assists with the implementation and delivery of internal and external projects related to business tool(s) & process improvement, against a predetermined project plan
Assists with the scoping of projects and the identification of cause-and-effect relationships to ensure that the necessary steps are established to mitigate risk
Ensure that the required change management processes are followed, and initiatives are implemented in line with NTT standards and methodology
Ensures that both internal stakeholders and business partners and external suppliers' expectations are effectively managed through regular communication and accurate reporting as required

Applies advanced wide-ranging experience and in-depth professional knowledge to develop and resolve complex models and procedures in creative ways
Directs the application of existing principles and guides development of new policies, tool initiatives, and ideas
Determines own methods and procedures on new assignments
Strong analytical skills with the ability to dissect complex procurement processes, identify patterns, and propose improvements
Familiarity with tool & process analysis methodologies and tools
Excellent communication skills to articulate complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions
Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting process workflows and procedures
Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Adaptability and openness to change, especially in dynamic and evolving environments
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
Project management skills to coordinate and implement process improvement initiatives
Understanding of technology trends and their impact on business processes

Ability to analyze and understand process mapping as a method of visualizing an ongoing process

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business or related
10+ years’ experience within decentralized global data analytics building out tools to support the procurement organization, dashboards, KPI measurements, and global spend cube development/reporting.
PowerBI Dashboard Reporting a must
SharePoint and Advance Excel a must
SAP S/4 Hana a Plus
Advanced experience working with workflow and process control software
Advanced experience conducting process modelling, gap analysis and requirements engineering with the delivery of appropriate artefacts to progress development and achieve procurement objectives
Advanced demonstrated experience of dissecting complex processes, identifying patterns, and proposing improvements
Advanced demonstrated experience using process analysis methodologies and tools
Certified Professional Category Manager a plus
Project management certification a plus
Coupa/Ariba P2P Experience a Plus
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Primarily walking, sitting, standing, and bending.
Able to hear and speak on a telephone.
Close visual work on a computer terminal.
Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate any required to operate computer keyboard, mouse, other technical instruments, and for performing cable terminations and testing.
WORK CONDITIONS & OTHER REQUIREMENTS
This position is expected to be remote for the near future with an occasional need to be on-site in a shared work environment
Extensive daily usage of workstation or computer.
Some travel as required – Less than 20%.
Must possess a current, valid state-issued driver’s license.
This is a remote position that requires reliable internet connection and electricity. A monthly stipend is provided to cover expenses associated with working remotely and use of a personal mobile device, if applicable.
NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on experience, education, and location. Base salary for this position is $ 107,400 - $ 155,700.
All regular full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance.
