ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Procurement Lead to join the CDM program team to provide unparalleled support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech. The Procurement Lead will support multiple federal agencies through the Continuous Diagnostics & Mitigation (CDM) Program. The CDM Program is a high-profile, high-visibility, cybersecurity modernization and risk management program where you can contribute innovative solutions and consult with many different federal agencies to enhance their Information Assurance (IA) programs and continuous monitoring capabilities.

The Procurement Lead will be proficient in a broad range of Government commodities and services with demonstrated ability to significantly reduce procurement costs by standardizing processes, negotiating favorable terms and streamlining supplier channels; extracting financial data from various accounting and information systems; performing moderately complex statistical, cost and financial analysis. The candidate should possess solid leadership, communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with all levels of staff and management.

This is a remote position where the candidate can work from any location within the United States provided, they are able to work on an eastern time zone schedule.  

As an essential part of The Program Management Office (PMO) organization, the Procurement Lead within a highly matrixed team, reporting at both executive and client-facing levels. The PMO drives operational excellence through the implementation of industry best practices, standards of execution and customer-aligned delivery cadence. The PMO encompasses the program’s business operations functions and ensures these functions are aligned with the organization’s overall strategic goals.
