What You’ll Do
CoreWeave is seeking a highly-detailed Procurement Coordinator to manage purchase orders (POs), invoices, and vendor transactions while ensuring compliance with company procurement policies. The ideal candidate will have experience in NetSuite ERP, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate across finance, operations, and vendor teams to optimize procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, review, and process purchase orders (POs) in NetSuite, ensuring accuracy and alignment with budgetary approvals.
- Validate vendor invoices against POs and receipts, resolving discrepancies and ensuring timely approvals for payment.
- Communicate with vendors to confirm order details, delivery timelines, and resolve any procurement-related issues.
- Maintain accurate procurement records in NetSuite, ensuring seamless data flow between procurement and finance teams.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and approval workflows.
- Generate procurement reports, track spending, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Work closely with finance, operations, and supply chain teams to streamline purchasing and payment processes.
Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in purchasing, logistics, procurement, or a related operational role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including ability to create and maintain trackers
- Ability to manage multiple projects and effectively plan and prioritize assignments
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with Slack for day-to-day communication
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and follow through on action items
- Experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for documentation and collaboration
Preferred Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in procurement or logistics, ideally in a high-growth or hardware-intensive environment
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP system
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining procurement trackers, including cost savings tracking
- Familiarity with procurement workflows, vendor coordination, and PO/invoice reconciliation
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $65,000 - $85,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
