Summary:
The Solutions Delivery Consultant, Senior Principal (SDC) at Nextiva is highly passionate about successful customer outcomes, service and project delivery, value delivery, consulting, and deep technical knowledge in Enterprise solutions architecture, systems implementation and configuration, workflows and automation, and problem-solving.
Responsible for the successful implementation of new customer and existing customer solutions as the single point of contact, from sales contract execution to deployment of requested solutions. Duties include but are not limited to solutions architecture, solutions implementation and configuration, and self-project management. Solutions in line with Nextiva’s product and Professional Services SKUs in support of Nextiva Contact Center (NCC).
The position requires strong personal time management skills, organizational skills, accountability, autonomy, problem-solving, and the ability to multitask in a constantly changing environment with multiple priorities.

- Solution Design of Nextiva Contact Center for Enterprise/Strategic/System Integrator customers in Professional Services, ensuring successful customer outcomes
- Technical Requirements Capture and design responsibility
- Manage complex contact center environments from initiation to completion
- Complex call flow design with Expert Contact Center configuration knowledge
- Extensive multi-location Contact Center configuration and deployment
Qualifications:
- BA/BS desired
- Minimum 10 years of professional service experience
- Preferred 10 years of technical experience in UCaaS and CCaaS environments
- Preferred Systems Integrator (SI) experience
- Systems integration (APIs, middleware, enterprise service buses)
- SQL (Structured Query Language) reporting capabilities, particularly through tools like SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Power BI
- Basic coding/scripting skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, C#)
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Experience working with enterprise solutions (ERP, CRM, etc.).
- Proven Networking experience (VLANs, MPLS/VPLS, SD-WAN)
- Networking concepts desired (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs)
- CompTIA A+ certification desired
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), desired
- Must have a Professional and Collaborative demeanor
- Working understanding of voice, contact center, and SaaS application requirements
- Must be comfortable working in an accountable, high-speed, high-pressure environment
- Highly organized, must be able to handle multiple tasks with speed and accuracy, independently
- Must be capable of prioritizing activities and scheduling to obtain effective results
- Strong oral, and written communication and presentation skills
- Must possess strong time management and self-project management skills
- Preferred experience with Salesforce and working with PSA software
- Ability to travel for customers' onsite visits (25%)

Our compensation packages are tailored to each role and candidate's qualifications. We consider a wide range of factors, including skills, experience, training, and certifications, when determining compensation. Depending on the position, compensation may include base salary and/or hourly wages, incentives, or bonuses.
The expected hiring range is $90,000-$145,000. A different level in the job hierarchy may apply to a specific candidate, resulting in a different hiring range.
