About the job

Work with product, engineering, and business development teams at Red Hat to develop and formulate a multiple-architecture strategy and delivery plan for cloud-based offerings. Collect and document input from users, cloud partners, and other stakeholders to understand customer needs.

*Telecommuting role to be performed anywhere in the U.S.

What you will do

• Research competitive solutions, both commercial and do-it-yourself alternatives, documenting their relative strengths and weaknesses to develop competitive positioning and increase the value of Red Hat’s cloud offerings.
• Work with product and engineering teams across Red Hat’s product portfolio to guide enhancements needed to make Red Hat offerings cloud ready and consumable by customers from the public cloud marketplaces.
• Responsible for prioritizing the cloud-based offering roadmap based on customer demand.
• Support sales and marketing activities including creating presentations, blogs, demos, and other technical collateral for Red Hat offerings.
• Review and provide feedback on the documentation for Red Hat cloud offerings.

The salary range for this position is $144,660.00 - $238,650/ year. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.

What you will bring

• Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Science or related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related role.
• Must have three (3) years of experience with public cloud infrastructure.
• Must have two (2) years of experience with enterprise software including cloud-based product offerings.
• Domestic travel required up to 10% of the time to conferences, trainings and internal company meetings. Travel expenses covered by Red Hat, Inc.
