A Brief Overview
As a Principal Open Market Solutions Consultant you will play a crucial role in our Open Market Solutions Team. As a senior on the team, you will be tasked with driving processes and building new relationships as we expand to new markets. You will also be expected to use your expertise to assist with other OMS Consultants. More specifically, you will be responsible for gathering medical quotes for TriNet's most complex groups, ancillary quotes from carriers, creating comprehensive proposals, and managing the implementation of benefit plans in TriNet's Benefits Administration system. This role involves close collaboration with clients to ensure their employees receive optimal benefit offerings and support.

What you will do
- Quote Gathering: Collect quotes for large group, small group, and ancillary products from various carriers.
- Proposal Creation: Develop detailed proposals highlighting the return on investment for different benefit plans.
- Benefits Presentation preparation and delivery
- Collaborate with BRMs, Sales, OMS AMs, and other internal teams to grow and expand pilot to scale
