Your future team
We are seeking an experienced Principal Business Objective Manager to join our Customer Support Mission team. This is a remote role in which you will lead the development of strategic objectives for the Customer Support organization. You will work with senior leadership, department heads, and cross-functional teams to define key strategies and drive business initiatives to achieve legendary customer support and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
What you'll do
Help to define organizational Objective & Key Result (OKR) goals that are to support and ladder up to Company level goals
Lead the development and implementation of business strategies aligned with organizational and Company level goals
Conduct comprehensive analysis of market trends, competitive landscape, and deep assessment of internal capabilities to identify growth opportunities and strategic focus areas.
Partner with Strategic Analytics teams to assess impact of identified opportunities
Drive cross-functional alignment with senior leadership on top strategies
Establish clear accountability and ownership for key initiatives, ensuring alignment across cross-functional delivery teams
Be a program sponsor. Monitor progress towards business objectives, reviewing performance metrics and adjusting strategies to achieve results.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on the progress against OKR goals, status of strategic initiatives, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
Be a subject matter expert and advisor on business strategy, providing guidance to leadership and team members across the organization.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, encouraging collaboration, creativity, and accountability in achieving business goals.
Qualifications
Your background
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree.
7+ Years of experience in strategic planning, business operations, business intelligence or related roles, with experience in driving business growth and achieving results.
Experience analyzing complex data, identifying trends, and developing actionable insights.
Experience communicating with multiple partners and senior leaders.
Think with a forward-looking mindset, able to anticipate market trends, competitive threats, and business opportunities.
Proven project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
