Our Supply Chain organization has an opportunity for a supplier performance team member who thrives in a dynamic environment. You will be a part of high-level activity and collaborative environment as part of our Performance Execution team. In this role, you will manage a 3rd party procurement supplier for Raytheon. You will work very closely with external suppliers as well with internal customers including material program managers, manufacturing, planning, engineering, and quality.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:

• Provide guidance and support for a 3rd party procurement supplier (this role has a large focus on project management as well as issue resolution).
• Ability to review drawings, specifications, and purchase history.
• Lead weekly meetings with internal and external customers to review metrics and other critical needs.
• Work as an escalation POC between Raytheon and supplier to facilitate resolutions of issues.
• Ability to dive into data to identify problems and implement process improvements.
• Ability to review quotes as well as addressing any exceptions to flow downs, specifications, quality notes or Raytheon terms and conditions requirements.
• Provide guidance on routine post-award management activities including PO acknowledgment, delivery status, expedites, invoice resolution, quality/engineering issues, receiving issues, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, or Project Management
• This position requires either a U.S. Person or a Non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Masters’ degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field
• Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects and implementing process improvements
• DoD procurement experience and knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS).
• Experience with Government purchase orders.
• Demonstrated understanding of all phases of sourcing and procurement execution
• SAP experience

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
