The Role:

The Pricing Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the Finance team by managing and coordinating pricing-related tasks, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining efficiency in the workflow. This position serves as a vital point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including PMO, Sales, and Customer Success teams. The Pricing Specialist will handle Statements of Work (SOW), Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), and real-time pricing updates while leveraging various systems and tools to streamline processes.

This is a collaborative and detail-oriented position designed for someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys working with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and achieve objectives.

 What you’ll do: 

  • Statements of Work (SOW) 
    • Act as the primary point of contact for SOW requests received from PMO, Sales, and Customer Success. 
    • Review Scoping Documents for completeness and accuracy.
    • Create Pricing Tables and coordinate with the Legal team for review and approval. 
    • Maintain resources, including iA Price Lists for Commercial, Government, Parts, Consumables, and Labor. 
  • Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) 

    • Draft ECPs using information from Scoping Documents to develop legal descriptions of work/services. 
    • Embed Excel tables into Word documents and collaborate with the iA Legal Team for language approval. 
    • Convert Word documents to PDF and distribute ECPs to internal stakeholders for review and approval via DocuSign. 
    • Address feedback, finalize documents, and deliver approved ECPs to customers via DocuSign. 
  • Other Regular Duties

    • Enforcement of sales process and pricing stage gates, including pricing approvals
    • Tool creation/maintenance for accuracy of quotes.
    • Participate in Weekly Pricing, Legal, and PMO Teams Meeting to provide status updates on all SOW and ECP requests. 
    • Maintain a real-time Pricing Work Queue and prepare weekly reports for management. 
    • Completeness and accuracy of Salesforce opportunities.
  • Systems and Program Management 

    • Utilize tools such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, OneDrive, Teams, MAX, DocuSign, and Adobe Acrobat to perform daily tasks efficiently. 
    • Respond to Teams requests from Customer Success to update Parts Price List. 

 Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience in pricing, contracts, or project coordination roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently
  • Results driven

Compensation:

The estimated base annual salary range for this position is $60,405.80 to $75,688.50, though a candidate's base annual salary shall be determined on a range of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications and experience. This position may additionally be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
