We are looking to hire a data-driven, experienced Paid Media Specialist to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for implementing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid media platforms for our clients, leveraging your expertise to generate insights and recommendations that fuel business growth.

This role is a full-time role position.

Requirements

We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist specifically with these requirements:

  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing implementation and analysis, ideally in both lead generation and e-commerce settings.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a digital marketing agency/company.
  • Proven experience in optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Nice to have:

  • Experience with Bing Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Linkedin Ads, and Pinterest Ads
  • Self-sufficient expertise in Excel
  • Experience with Shopify and/or feed management tools like DataFeedWatch or Feedonomics


Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms
  • Researching and building new campaigns as needed
  • Analyzing campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement
  • Developing and implementing A/B tests to optimize campaign elements and creatives
  • Generating data-driven recommendations to improve campaign performance and achieve marketing objectives
  • Staying updated on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
