The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Post Acute Segment Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Actively contribute to the achievement of sales and marketing plans and deliver on the business objectives and financial goals for the assigned portfolio.
- Analyze and track segment and portfolio key performance indicators to include order volume, net revenue, salesforce pipeline and digital marketing metrics.
- Deliver on new product launches by collaborating with key stakeholders on commercial training, generating awareness with demand generation tactics, and supporting growth of new product with sales enablement tactics.
- Enhance sales and advantage center partnership and engagement. Deliver programs, sales aids and contents to field sales team, and work in close alignment with them to deliver on organization goals.
- Manage regional/local marketing activities such as trade shows, HCP focus groups, and customer events.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND seven (7) years of sales, marketing, or business management in a private, public, government or military environment
OR
- High school/GED AND Evelen (11) years of sales, marketing, or business management in a private, public, government or military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- MBA degree or higher from an accredited university
- Possess excellent level of knowledge of ACTIVAC Therapy Unit, V.A.C. Peel and Place, wound care or the post-acute care setting
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
- Demonstrated experience managing projects with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Independent and strategic thinker able to make solid business decisions

- Remote in USA or Canada
Travel: May include up to 30% domestic/international travel

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $137,439 - $167,981, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
