Portfolio Sales Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW
dormakaba is seeking a Portfolio Sales Manager based remotely in the United States. This individual will be responsible for account management, business-to-business selling activities, territory management, and growing year-over-year sales with existing and new customers. This includes the sales development and sales support activities for all channels to market our company’s Keyscan and RCI portfolio through wholesale distribution and channel demand creation with security/access control dealers etc.
*This is a remote position based in the United States*
HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $115,000 - $145,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data). WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop a regional sales plan and account development plans to drive sales growth of Keyscan and RCI within the assigned region
- Identify and develop new project sales opportunities
- Work with in-region Manufacturers Representatives to facilitate and execute a regional sales plan and provide training where necessary to contribute to the growth of the region
- Provide pricing strategy intelligence and competitive market dynamics to the VP and other pertinent colleagues
- Participate in and seek out region events, expos and speaking engagements to fuel and support sales activity and sales growth
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- Territory travel as required – up to 50%+ (including training and business meetings)
- 5+ years of access control industry experience in a selling role
- High school diploma or GED
WHAT WE PREFER
- Bachelor’s or Technical degree
- Previous experience working with Wholesale Distribution
- Previous experience working with and collaborating with Manufacturer Representatives within a sales region
- Familiarity with Keyscan Access Control and RCI products
- Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce)
