About the Role:

The CrowdStrike Marketing & Growth Analytics team is seeking a driven, experienced Pipeline Analytics Manager who will be responsible for supporting CrowdStrike strategy & execution with pipeline analytics. This role requires close collaboration with the Marketing, Sales, SDR, and Partner organizations. The ideal candidate identifies as an analytics jack-of-all-trades with excellent business acumen and extensive experience translating data into actionable insights for everyone from the individual contributor to the C-suite. You love the thrill of working in an iterative, fast-paced environment–but you also excel at balancing quality with speed.

What You’ll Do:

  • Define pipeline KPIs (stalled pipeline, pipeline coverage, etc.) to aid CrowdStrike’s continued growth.

  • Be the pipeline analytics expert for the organization.

  • Leverage SQL, Tableau, Salesforce, and Google Sheets to provide insights that will help drive pipeline strategy.

  • Develop models to set pipeline targets and forecast pipeline performance.

  • Collaborate with our data visualization team to design, launch, and evolve pipeline reporting dashboards. 

  • Treat our stakeholders as our “customers”; quickly provide ad hoc analysis and/or training as needed.

  • Provide excellent customer service by supporting ad hoc requests from Marketing, Sales, and Channel organizations.

  • Partner with Sales Operations, Sales Analytics, etc. to drive a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting cadence.

  • Work across the entire GTM functions to influence and execute on important company initiatives.

  • Use the Agile methodology to manage projects on a 2-week sprint cycle and participate in team scrum meetings.

​What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, and/or related field.

  • Proven experience (6+ years) in a sales, pipeline, and/or business analytics role at a B2B SaaS company. Cybersecurity

    product knowledge and/or experience is a strong advantage.

  • Extreme attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Tableau) and Google Workspace. Knowledge of SQL strongly preferred.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - especially the ability to communicate in a concise manner.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $105,000 - $160,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
