The Pricing Analyst works within the Financial, Actuarial and Analytics (FAA) team and closely with the Pharmacy Practice within Health and Benefits. As a Pharmacy Pricing Analyst you will contribute to a wide variety of complex projects involving design, financing and ongoing management of pharmacy benefit programs. This is a foundational role that provides excellent opportunities to grow your pharmacy and broader health and benefits financial acumen and client management skills by working on cutting edge projects alongside leaders in the industry.Â

The Role
As a Pricing Analyst specializing in pharmacy, you will work beside some of the industryâs top consultants while you progress toward becoming a thought leader of the future.
You will have immediate exposure to real client assignments which will draw on your imagination and creativity as well as your ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and present results. These experiences will help build your technical knowledge and overall industry expertise.
Your main responsibilities will be as follows:
- Partner with consultants and team members to perform financial analyses including cost savings and data analysis projections, review and update of pricing and other analytical models
- Develop client analyses and other related documents for WTW clients and prospects including presentations and review of pharmacy contracts
- Analyze, compare and negotiation vendor products, services, contracts and pricing guarantees
Design, distribute and evaluate responses to RFPs - Support the pharmacy practice on intellectual capital initiatives such as development of new financial models or tools as applicableÂ
- Assist with the preparation and presentation of select client deliverablesÂ

The Requirements
This position is remote and open to candidates from anywhere in the United States.
- Bachelorâs or masterâs degree in mathematics, statistics, finance, public health, health management or any other major with significant quantitative course workÂ
- Work experience that demonstrates strong technical and/or client service skills (analyst type of internship preferred)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
- Well organized and detail orientedÂ
- Flexibility and proven ability to identify and resolve issuesÂ
- Strong client service orientation and ability to respond to all communications effectively and in a timely mannerÂ
- Self-starter attitude and ability to work individually and as part of a teamÂ
