About the team:
The Performance Strategy team acts as a bridge between commercial and technical teams, leveraging their expertise and tools to support, optimize, and grow "Accelerate" customers through performance-driven strategies. Positioned centrally in the organization, they focus on implementation, analytics, and product/process improvements to drive revenue growth at every stage of the account lifecycle. The Performance Strategy, New Business (Americas) role specializes in strategic and analytical support for new customer launches in the Americas, ensuring performance success in the first six months. The role also contributes to refining global new launch best practices and shaping product development to support growth and scalability.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a technical POC for Launch customers - applying best practices to identify growth opportunities, provide proactive account support & utilize optimal performance levers to drive incremental revenue
- Demonstrated ability to engage directly with clients and stakeholders, ensuring a high-quality customer experience and understanding customer needs to drive satisfaction
- Demonstrates a clear understanding of revenue goals and priorities, with experience aligning actions and decisions to support business growth
- Ability to manage competing tasks and focus on high-impact work
- Adept at analyzing challenges and developing creative solutions. Comfortable addressing complex or ambiguous issues and proactively seeking out effective answers
- Minimize churn through expert analysis and effective campaign management
- Passionate about testing new ideas and approaches. Willingness to pilot concepts, assess impact, and iterate to find optimal solutions
- Ability to "wear multiple hats" within a dynamic environment. Ready to shift priorities and adapt to changing business needs with ease
- Skilled in acting as a trusted advisor on the product and platform. Leverages a consultative approach to guide customers internally and externally, offering insights and recommendations that maximize value and deepen client relationships.
- Monitor campaign early life cycle ensuring they are setup for success
- Play an active role in various cross-functional projects
- Be proactive with knowledge sharing - provide regular updates in internal team meetings
- Comfortably operate across the company matrix and lead communication with technical and non-technical teams
- Identify & analyze performance trends and potential issues; escalate issues to management and internal teams
- Optimize campaigns for post-install goals using proprietary tools and dashboards
- Help with training and mentorship of new and junior team members
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree and 2-4 years of campaign optimization, BI, or analytical experience
- The ability to draw insights from data

Liftoff offers all employees a full compensation package that includes equity and health/vision/dental benefits associated with your country of residence. Base compensation will vary based on candidate location and experience. The following are our base salary ranges for multiple levels:
SF Bay Area, NYC, Los Angeles/Orange County: $75,000 - $95,000
Seattle/Olympia, Austin, San Diego, Santa Barbara, Boston: $69,000 - $87,000
All other cities and towns in our approved states: $64,000 - $80,000

Liftoff's Compensation Strategy
Liftoff's compensation strategy includes competitive market rate along with equity and benefits and perks that will give our employees what they need to do their best work. In order to ensure teams are compensated fairly for the work performed, we map out specific levels and take into consideration the cost of labor within each location. Liftoff provides employees a total compensation package of competitive market salaries, equity, health and wellness stipends, medical benefits associated with your country of residence. The base compensation will vary based on location, experience as well as level.
