Job Description:
As the Performance Marketing Manager, you have the opportunity to lead data-driven revenue growth for Envista’s portfolio of brands. Envista [NYSE:NVSTA] is a global, publicly traded company of more than 30 trusted dental brands and 13,000 employees, united by a shared purpose: to partner with dental professionals to improve lives. You will be a leader in the Global Digital Marketing Center of Excellence to ensure a timely delivery of all digital experiences globally with both our direct and indirect businesses.
The Performance Marketing Manager will play a leading role in the management of digital awareness, education, and conversion with the goal of driving revenue, user acquisitions, and brand recognition. This manager will take the lead on delivering growth by optimizing traffic channels including Paid Search (SEM), Organic/SEO, email marketing, personalization, and content.
The candidate will be responsible for conducting research and analysis to deliver reports to senior management on the performance of marketing campaigns and programs.
The candidate will also be responsible for forecasting and estimating the profitability of those campaigns. This role demands expertise in personalization, accessibility, and content strategy to ensure that digital marketing efforts are inclusive and resonate with diverse audiences.
Key Accountabilities:
- Strategy & Collaboration: Understand overarching business objectives and strategy, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to define campaign goals and KPIs.
- Personalization: Develop and implement personalized marketing strategies that cater to specific audience segments, driving higher engagement and conversion rates.
- Accessibility: Ensure all digital marketing content and experiences are accessible to all users, adhering to global accessibility standards and best practices.
- Content Strategy: Oversee the development and execution of content strategies that align with brand messaging, SEO best practices, and audience needs.
- Revenue Growth: Support revenue growth for multiple operating companies through end-to-end management of paid and organic marketing programs, focusing on new customer acquisition and retention.
- Optimization: Ensure successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic, and owned media channels.
- Channel Management: Manage SEO, analytics, and paid digital marketing channels, including paid search, paid social, and affiliate marketing.
- Attribution & Analytics: Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of a unified multi-touch attribution model, tracking performance analytics to measure the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns.
- Data-Driven Insights: Drive data-driven analysis and insights to improve campaign efficacy and value to the business.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Socialize channel strategy, priorities, and goals to ensure cross-functional alignment and effective performance marketing management.
