OVERVIEW
We’re excited to welcome a key player to our Automox people team! We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized and proactive People Operations Coordinator to support our nimble, collaborative and task driven team. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Assisting in the administration of Total Rewards programs, including benefits & payroll administration, compensation, employee changes, audits, and compliance.
- Supporting HRIS tasks such as data entry, employee onboarding and offboarding procedures and reporting to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Conducting regular audits of HRIS and benefits platforms to maintain accuracy and support compliance efforts.
- Managing routine employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and procedures, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Assisting with HR reports and metrics, pulling data as required to support People Operations initiatives and overall decision-making.
- Assist with leave of absence administration.
- Assist with the creation of HR policies and procedures and support updating as needed
- As needed, assisting with recruiting coordination efforts such as posting roles and scheduling interviews
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and working autonomously to handle projects and tasks efficiently.
- Organize employee files and ensure compliance with record retention policy
- Facilitate new hire onboarding training and other webinars as needed
- Helping with quarterly projects as needed

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- A minimum of 1 year of job-related experience
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and follow through
- Demonstrated experience using Excel for data analysis and generating insights through reports, charts and pivot tables
- Ability to handle multiple and changing priorities in a very fast-paced, deadline driven work environment
- Ability to exercise good judgment in handling sensitive and confidential situations and information
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently, plan, coordinate and manage own work and solve problems independently
- Knowledge of Federal, State and Local employment laws
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with Google Workspace a plus
TOTAL COMPENSATION
$55,000 - $65,000 / year
The salary range above is our base pay range. In addition, the total compensation package includes bonus, equity and benefits. Actual earnings may be less or more depending on a candidate's direct experience, skills, industry knowledge, and location.
LOCATION
We are a fully distributed company of remote workers with concentrated hubs in Austin, TX, Tampa, FL, and Boulder, CO. We are in the process of establishing small collaboration spaces in these locations to provide opportunities for in-person discussions and team building when needed.
