The Opportunity


As the People Enablement Lead you will play a critical role in enhancing the people experience and improving business performance in the Customers business and our supporting Corporate functions. This role will be undertaking a diverse range of activities primarily aimed at helping the People Team achieve excellence in the way we collaborate, manage our projects/communications and organisational learning.

What you’ll be doing


You’ll be accountable for delivering projects which support the People Strategy of Customers and Corporate through working closely with the Senior People Partners, Heads of and the People Director.


As the People Enablement Lead, you’ll lead the delivery of our ‘Everyone’s Welcome’ plan to support our Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging ambitions. There will be a range of cross business people projects initiated in 2025 where you will develop plans with the People team from the ground up.


You will collaborate with the Customers & Corporate People team and business leadership to evaluate existing people programs and recommend improvements based on best practice.


You will create and deliver clear, concise presentations and internal communications that highlight our people focused projects and initiatives. Additionally, you will contribute to fostering a culture of continuous learning by developing effective tools, strategies, activities, and insights to support the Customers & Corporate People function, including managing information effectively.


Who you are


As the People Enablement Lead, you will bring proven project management expertise, along with a track record of driving cultural and performance improvements.


You will have a strong background in successfully managing and delivering people focused projects and initiatives, combined with excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.


We’re looking for someone with exceptional PowerPoint or Canva skills with a talent for designing visually engaging presentations and materials that communicate key messaging effectively. You’ll demonstrate strong communication skills, with a clear and professional style.
