The People Analytics Products and Solutions Lead is a key position within the People Analytics team. The purpose of the People Analytics team is to design high-impact organizational interventions that improve the overall health and performance of Jazz, in-line with Jazz’s strategic vision, underpinned by data-driven insights. 

 

The Products and Solutions Lead reports into the Head of People Analytics and will own the direction of the people analytics data strategy, the product roadmap and the innovation, design and roll out of a product-based approach to people data. In particular they will work in close partnership with HRBPs, HRLT and other teams across HR and the business (in particular HR Technology, IS, Data Governance and Corporate Data Strategy teams). They will make a significant contribution to the development and execution of the People Analytics strategy for Jazz, ensuring the quality and efficacy of organizational and people insights based on both quantitative as well as qualitative data through the quality of analytics products available to end users. They will also be required to take a consultative and pragmatic approach to building highly effective relationships as part of a broader team effort.  

  

The Products and Solutions Lead will own the development of people analytics products ensuring the team delivers a broad range of innovative analytics products to enhance HR and the business’s ability to make strategic decisions using people data. Whilst the scope of this can be fully defined by the role holder, this will include the development of products using AI, employee listening products, corporate people dashboard developments, strategic workforce planning, advanced analytics tools and machine learning analytics.  

 

The Products and Solutions Lead will work closely with the Head of People Analytics and will be expected to lead key projects as required in the data, products and technology space working collaboratively with other Functions in Jazz.  They will also ensure that there is a robust people data architecture and associated data management approach that enables effective data analysis and will work closely with colleagues in both HR Operations, HRIT and the I.S. Function to help develop an integrated data environment for the future. They will also take the lead on various data governance, privacy and ethics initiatives ensuring all people data is accurate, timely and used in the right way.  

 

As well as bringing a strong analytical mindset and a desire to develop themselves more deeply in digital, data and analytics, the Products and Solutions Lead will also need to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, building effective relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders in and outside of HR by being able to understand others’ perspectives and translating highly technical content into an understandable format.  

​​Essential Functions/Responsibilities

  • ​Design and lead the people analytics team’s strategic product roadmap and the approach to people analytics products. 

  • ​Partner across HR and the business to develop and implement people analytics products to improve both HR and the businesses’ ability to use people data to answer key business questions. 

  • ​Consult and partner with key aligned business functions and key stakeholders e.g. HR technology, IS, data governance, data science and corporate data strategy to further enhance people analytics products. 

  • ​Support the build of people analytics capabilities across the HR function, ensuring HR professionals are equipped with the skills and tools needed to leverage data effectively by improving the quality and range of products available to end users. 

  • ​Lead the people analytics teams’ approach to developing the use of AI in analytics products. 

  • ​Develop the people analytics team’s approach to using advanced analytics technology in areas such as machine learning and natural-language processing (NLP) 

  • ​Partner closely with HR Technology and the broader Jazz I.S. Function to ensure full alignment from a data, systems, and technology perspective when it comes to the People Analytics domain and how that integrates with the wider enterprise data strategy and approach for Jazz 

  • ​Lead the people analytics teams’ approach to data governance and privacy ensuring processes, metrics and guidelines are in place; lead the people analytics teams’ data ethics policy development 

  • ​Keep up with external trends and best practices in the People Analytics technology domain and leverage them when necessary to deliver business value for Jazz 

  • ​Ensure all People data privacy processes and procedures are in place, and that the way Jazz uses employee data meets the highest ethical and professional standards 

​Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities  

  • ​Experience within the field of People Analytics, with a particular experience in the analytics product space 

  • ​Demonstrable experience developing and implementing a people analytics product strategy and roadmap in a complex matrix environment. 

  • ​Significant experience innovating and developing new people analytics products and managing multiple stakeholders in and outside of HR. 

  • ​Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset 

  • ​Well-developed planning and organizational skills, ability to effectively manage projects 

  • ​Proven ability to partner and consult effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver solutions that address those requirements 

  • ​Good working knowledge of relevant systems and technologies (e.g. Workday)  

  • ​Demonstrated ability to function successfully in a team-oriented environment 

  • ​Values-driven individual, high personal integrity and ethical orientation, ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and safeguard sensitive and highly confidential data at all times 

  • ​Familiar with the use of advanced analytics techniques to support high quality and actionable people analytics 

​Required/Preferred Education and Licenses 

  • ​Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant HR / Data and Analytics disciplines e.g. Organizational or Social Science such as Industrial & Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Behavioral Economics, etc., or in a Data Science / Analytics related discipline

Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices and we strive to provide employees with total compensation packages that are market competitive. For this role, the full and complete base pay range is:

$144,000.00 - $216,000.00

Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, and other pertinent factors. The goal is to ensure fair and competitive compensation aligned with the candidate's expertise and contributions, within the established pay framework and our Total Compensation philosophy. Internal equity considerations will also influence individual base pay decisions. This range will be reviewed on a regular basis.

At Jazz, your base pay is only one part of your total compensation package. The successful candidate may also be eligible for a discretionary annual cash bonus or incentive compensation (depending on the role), in accordance with the terms of the Company's Global Cash Bonus Plan or Incentive Compensation Plan, as well as discretionary equity grants in accordance with Jazz’s Long Term Equity Incentive Plan.
