We are excited to be able to offer a role for a Partnerships Development Specialist. This role will be pivotal to our mission which is to make car insurance not only more affordable to millions of people but also to improve road safety dramatically.  

This role can be based anywhere in the Phoenix/Tucson Metro areas. We envision this role to be filled by an individual who also shares our passion and is not afraid to think outside the box.

What you will be doing:

• Generate new partnerships within a defined channel – independent insurance brokers and agencies; utilizing in-person prospecting activities to generate new leads. 
• Visit ten (10) new agency business locations per day. 
• Maintain a strong and consistent pipeline of leads by leveraging product demonstrations, community, and sponsored events with our referral partnerships.  
• Track and enter daily notes into CRM. 
• Work directly with Sales leadership to identify and target high-volume opportunities which includes engagement with key decision-makers and leaders. 

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• 1-2+ years of professional work experience in a sales development representative (SDR) or outside sales executive role that contributed to new sales growth 
• Energetic and able to travel daily to various agency office locations in and around the Phoenix/Tucson metropolitan areas.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
