Insight is a leading provider of cloud solutions and services that help businesses of all sizes transform and modernize their IT. We are looking for a Partnership Manager who specializes in scale motions and can leverage our partnership with Microsoft to grow Insight’s business within the SMC segment. You will develop and execute a strategy to drive scale and repeatability within your territory.
 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, present, and demonstrate the value proposition and business benefits of Insight’s cloud solutions to Microsoft SMC leaders and sellers.
  • Develop and execute a strategy within your territory that will result in Insight winning and maintaining top partner status.
  • Engage with Microsoft's and Insight's sales teams to identify and generate demand for cloud solutions that address the challenges and opportunities of SMC customers.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales plays, at scale, to build pipeline.
  • As part of the targeted sales plays, provide enablement to the Insight sales teams.
  • Drive and participate in partner showcases, cosell events, and social events to nurture relationships and sell the Insight value proposition.
  • Inform and support partner sales levers, such as programs and funding available to support discovery and closing, managed by PM.
  • Track and report on cosell activities and pipeline using Microsoft's and Insight's systems.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the cloud market and the SMC segment.

 

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business, marketing, IT, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or sales enablement in the IT industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft's cloud offerings and value proposition for the SMC segment.
  • Knowledge of technology to enable scale motions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, relationship building and collaboration skills with executive and seller audiences both internally and with Microsoft.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time within the assigned territory.

The base compensation for this position ranges from $140,000-$160,000, plus additional bonus incentives available.
