About the role
As a Partner Success Manager on our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our partner ecosystem. You will lead and shape our partner recruiting engine as Planful expands our partner ecosystem in North America, EMEA and APAC. Your expertise will help us shape our partner enablement and onboarding strategy as we expand our partner ecosystem globally. This is a high impact, high visibility role that’s ideal for someone passionate about delivering value, influencing partner success, and contributing to a high growth environment.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in customer or partner-facing roles such as onboarding, enablement, or customer success, ideally within high-growth SaaS environments.
- A passion for delivering exceptional partner experiences and a deep understanding of how to drive product adoption and long-term value.
- Proven track record of exceeding performance metrics and driving measurable success in partner or customer-facing roles.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with experience setting and achieving customer success or enablement goals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and maintain a results-driven approach under pressure.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across teams and partners.
- Experience building out enablement programs in high-growth tech companies.
- Passionate about new technologies and their transformative impact on business operations.
- Experience with learning management systems (Skilljar and Workramp preferred but not required)
- Experience in FP&A or selling into the office of the CFO is highly preferred.

- Architect and manage a dynamic onboarding framework and enablement platform for all Planful partners, ensuring they are equipped to succeed from day one.
