Description:
We’re seeking a Partner Manager with some knowledge in digital marketing and experience managing productive referral partnerships at an agency or a SaaS platform. The ideal candidate will have a healthy balance of interpersonal communication skills, business development acumen and operational proficiency. The Partner Manager will help drive the next wave of growth for New Engen through creating productive, mutually beneficial partnerships and enriching New Engen’s overall partner ecosystem. 


Responsibilities:

  • Partner Growth – Manage and grow productive partnerships with platforms, agencies, consultants and other types of referral partners. Productive partnerships regularly refer to New Engen prospects and collaborate on go to market opportunities
  • Partner Development – Develop new partnerships using a well defined process for partner onboarding and enablement. Partner Manager is able to prioritize high potential partnerships and focus on meaningful opportunities for the business 
  • Scaled Partner Engagement - Co-own and execute and comprehensive scaled nurture strategy to keep all of New Engen’s partners engaged and informed in a personalized, yet programmatic way 
  • Referral Execution - handle both properly logging and assigning inbound leads from partners to the appropriate Sales reps, and also collaborate on and execute all partner matchmaking New Engen conducts for referring our clients and prospects to our partners 
  • Develop, deliver, and evaluate messaging articulating New Engen’s positioning in the market
  • Provide tight collaboration with the Sales, Marketing and Client Services organizations to ensure Partnerships initiatives are adopted
  • Advocate for partners across the organization
  • Prepare pipeline and sales reporting to analyze and provide insights on trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate on enablement with partners as well as internal enablement
  • Conduct business reviews with partners where appropriate and represent New Engen at conferences as well as sponsored or hosted events
  • Provide agency guidance and co-pitching across key strategic accounts
  • Participate in executive successful hosted events as needed with partners, prospects and clients
  • Measure and report on the performance of partners, reviewing metrics such as lead volume, pipeline and deal generation as well as RevShare earnings 


Ideal Candidate:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Partnership or Sales role preferred
  • Exceptionally strong communications skills, both written and oral with an ability to to quickly  earn trust and develop rapport with new people
  • Entrepreneurial mind and takes pride in their contributions
  • Strong self-starter and very proactive
  • Incredibly well-organized and detail oriented, with a commitment to excellence
  • Problem solver and can think creatively about challenges
  • Must be collaborative and open to others’ ideas
  • Ability to explore and collaborate on the analytics side

Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
