How You'll Help Us Connect the World:
The PAM will be responsible for proactively managing relationships. This includes providing assistance and support in developing programs and initiatives to drive engagement and revenue. The role involves weekly field meetings with quarterly and annual sales goals. This will also include creating plans to nurture and enhance partners’ capabilities. This role will cover KY, TN, MS, AL, AND GA.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with across multiple verticals
- At least 4 years of selling experience in the high-tech (IT) marketplace, specifically targeting high-level management and decision-makers. A proven track record in end-user sales and/or channel leveraging is essential.
- Strong customer focus with a demonstrated ability to position and sell IT/Networking solutions to end-users through distribution channels.
- Revenue and pipeline-oriented, with the ability to encourage, influence, and build trust and respect among others.
- Proven experience in strategic partner development and a clear understanding of what partner success looks like.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to gather relevant information and effectively communicate findings to senior leadership.

Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total compensation (base salary and commission range) is $112,500.00-$168,000.00
The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
