WEX is looking for students interested in working in a fast growing and complex B2B company. Our summer interns work within their assigned teams to help with a variety of projects for the Partner Account Executive (PAE) team. This will include drafting amendments and contracts for PAEs, routing documents through legal for signature, initiating the termination process to support PAEs, uploading contracts to the contract queue in addition to ad hoc projects to support the team.
How you'll make an impact
Data Management: Maintaining and updating records in the CRM, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Reporting: Assist in preparing reports or summaries on contract status, terminations and other key metrics
Team Support: Provide general administration support to the PAE team, including drafting amendments and contracts, routing documents through an electronic signature process or initiating termination procedures
Research: Conducting ad hoc research on account or contract related inquiries to support strategic decision making
Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to streamline the contract process and recommend improvements
Experience you'll bring
You should be a rising junior, senior, in a degree/certificate-seeking accredited program.
Candidates must have the technical skills required for the work and pass a rigorous interview process geared toward assessing creativity, innovation, and technical abilities.
Candidates should be curious, innovative, and willing to learn.
Candidates that are comfortable taking direction but working independently.
Candidates with great interpersonal skills (telephone, in person and electronic).
