Part-Time ServiceNow Trainer (Remote)

Job Type: Part-Time (10 hours per week)

Hourly Rate: $33.65 per hour

Part-time remote trainer opening. Expertise in training development and solo delivery using Teams. 
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver remote training sessions on Proven Optics and
       ServiceNow applications using Microsoft Teams.
• Create comprehensive user guides and training materials tailored to the
       specific needs of a Proven Optics / ServiceNow application.
• Conduct live virtual training sessions, ensuring clear communication of
       complex technical concepts.
• Assess the learning needs of participants and provide personalized
       support to ensure skill development.
• Stay current with updates and best practices in Proven Optics and
       ServiceNow, incorporating them into training programs.
• Provide ongoing support and resources to trainees, helping them apply
       their new skills effectively in their roles.
• Collaborate with USDA stakeholders to ensure training aligns with
       federal standards and organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Current Public Trust clearance is preferred, or the ability to pass a
       federal background investigation.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• At least 3 years of training or related experience, with Proven Optics
       (preferred) and/or ServiceNow applications.
• Proven experience in creating user guides and other training materials.
• Proficiency in delivering remote training using Microsoft Teams.
• High-speed internet connection required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with an ability to
       translate technical details into user-friendly content.
• Ability to manage multiple training engagements and work
       independently.
