We are looking for a dedicated team member who can communicate complex issues with people at all levels, and who understands and exceeds both our internal & external customer requirements.
Location: We perform at our best when we feel trusted and are able to choose an approach to working that suits us best, which is why we are a remote-first company. However, we also believe in face-to-face collaboration. Our UK colleagues meet once a month for team time and quarterly for company get-togethers in our Leeds office, so we ask that you be within a commutable distance that you are comfortable with in order to attend the office on those occasions.
For this specific role, there is a requirement to be on-site once a week for the first two months during the training period. After this initial training phase, you will return to our regular remote-first pattern, with the flexibility to work from home and attend the office as needed.

- Resolve contractual issues and support sales teams with queries.
