The Paid Search Manager—North America will be responsible for owning, managing, and optimizing the paid search strategy for Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads. This person will be a strong, analytical leader who consistently looks for ways to test and further optimize complex paid search campaigns to ensure strong ROI.

 Responsibilities 

• Manage campaign optimizations, including search query reports, ad copy and keyword creation, bidding strategies, keyword expansion, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.

• Track and analyze spend pacing to ensure alignment with budgeting goals at a channel and campaign level.

• Work closely with the campaigns team, communicating continuously and ensuring changing resource and project requirements are met and understood.

• Test hypotheses to build and incorporate a playbook of scalable and repeatable best practices.

• Maximize full funnel efficiency, striking a proper balance of lead quantity and quality.
