The Records Analyst is responsible for gathering and analyzing data from multiple sources, documenting metrics and trends, and creating reports that allow stakeholders to quickly evaluate the course of the project.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify process improvements and best practices for compliant retention of information and records.
Manage the maintenance and support of the Records Management System, including implementing and testing new functionality
Coordinate integration of cartons into IRM Account and the RMS
collaborate in developing processes for accessing/storing/managing electronic records, including assessing, and suggesting potential technologies
Provide customer support via email, phone or in person, i.e., logistic and procedural support, training, enforce standards and promote best practices.
REQUIREMENTS:
A bachelor's degree is preferred
1 to 3 years of experience in a records management environment is required.
Proven Experience in laboratory or drug company or any medical field is a plus
Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate within a team
Effective verbal and written communication skills, especially in client interaction.
Excellent knowledge of record management systems
