Labcorp is seeking an Outsourcing Program Manager.  In this role, you will establish, lead, and optimize staffing and resourcing in an outsourced workforce.  You will also provide operational expertise and strategic leadership, support, guidance and oversee the training to teams on all aspects of outsourced work. The Outsourcing Manager will ensure alignment of teams to the related outsourcing strategies, drive the outsourcing activities by interfacing with operational teams, support groups and service providers for successful selection, contracting and execution of outsourced services.   You will ensure compliance with regulatory standards, ethical practices, policies and procedures and best practices for quality and timely deliverables. Another key element is that you will provide recommendations to leadership and stakeholders on the strategic direction for assigned vendor relationships.

Responsibilities:

Leads a large contingent labor workforce across multiple functional areas of RCM Operations.

Directs labor resources to meet service levels commitments, address areas of opportunity for the business units supported by contingent labor and grow contingent labor support (where appropriate) matching opportunity with candidates and resources.

Directly supervises Labcorp Project Specialists to ensure project assignments remain on-track, that data shared with leadership is accurate/insightful and communication with RCM partners is clear and concise.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience required

5+ years of progressive, relevant experience within Revenue Cycle Management strongly preferred

Strong understanding of contracts, negotiations, business planning and development of vendor relations preferred

Previous Managerial experience including having direct reports will be given strong consideration

Prior experience working with outsourced workforce is preferred

Outstanding presentation and communication skills needed to develop relationships with vendors and internal customers

Salary range: $77-90K (Minimum state wages apply if higher)
