Organizational Change Manager - Fixed Term Contract

As an Organizational Change Manager, you will work closely with the Science & Innovation team and Innovation Enablement team to support the implementation of change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions during organizational changes. You will assist in the development and execution of strategies that help employees adapt to new processes, technologies, and systems within the life sciences sector. This role is slated for a one year fixed-term contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, development, and execution of change management strategies for new initiatives, e.g. system implementations, process improvements, organizational restructuring.
- Support the creation and delivery of communication plans, training programs, and resources that help employees understand and embrace changes.
- Help gather and analyze feedback from employees and stakeholders to ensure the change process is effective.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and mitigation strategies related to change initiatives.
- Monitor the progress of change initiatives and provide regular reports on the status of adoption and resistance. Support the creation of change management documentation, including presentations, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Assist in the delivery of training and awareness sessions for employees.
- Participate in stakeholder engagement activities, including meetings and workshops.
- Coach leadership (middle managers through senior leadership) to ensure their leadership activities are aligned with Science & Innovation goals (including the adoption of new processes and tools)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in change management, project management, or related areas (preferably in a regulated environment like life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare).
- Experience using change management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step Model) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office Suite, project management software (e.g. Accolade) and internal communication platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in or knowledge of the life sciences or healthcare industry.
- Certification in change management (e.g., PROSCI) is an advantage.

Tate & Lyle complies with all local/state regulations requiring salary range transparency.
When determining final compensation, we take into consideration: skillset, job scope, knowledge, prior experience, cost of living, market data, budget availability, and other factors as permitted by law.
The pay range for this position is: $86,000 - $127,000 annually.
