This is a lead role within Gainwell Technologies for a large system replacement project. The role will be part of a team that will focus on engaging with stakeholder groups and users of the system as they navigate the replacement of the new system. The ideal candidate has experience with Organization Change Management, preferred in healthcare systems space. Here are the details on this position.

Your role in our mission

  • Develops deep understand of targeted stakeholders to identify key influencers and communication channels and methods to effectively engage with the stakeholder group
  • Builds relationships and facilitates an on-going dialogue with the client and target stakeholder groups
  • Engages key stakeholders and stakeholder groups to surface unmet needs and map and document opportunities
  • Provides input into developing and modifying systems to meet stakeholder needs and develops business specifications to support these modifications.
  • Facilitates meetings with stakeholder to gather and document requirements and explore potential solutions.
  • Participates in technical reviews and inspections to verify 'intent of change' is carried out through the entire project.
  • Creates and implements service adoption strategies and plans for the stakeholder segment that identifies the highest value use cases of the service and maximizes stakeholder adoption.
  • Develops recommendations to drive utilization and proficiency with the Service, that increase benefit realization, and the achievement of results and outcomes tied to the wider program.
