About the Order Operations Specialist: 

MarketStar is looking for a Order Operations Specialist to support our Google Workspace team.

 

Location: US - Remote 

 

What Will You Do? 

  • Function as external subject-matter-expert for Workspace for Education ordering questions and escalations

  • Partner Enablement – Build partner-facing resources for ordering best practices

  • Internal Enablement – Train and support internal teams to better comprehend Workspace for Education ordering nuances and scenarios

  • Internal processes – Create product conversion pathways guidance for order processing teams, streamlining ordering operations for discount programs and product conversions

  • Internal Operations – Point of Contact for triaging revenue recognition inconsistencies in Google’s systems

  • Order Quality – Program Management of order management team and discount practices to ensure quality

  • Assist partners in on-boarding, program agreements, and participating in Google Chrome’s partner program and partners establish a strong foundation for selling & ordering.

 

What Will You Need to Succeed? 

  • Order processing experience

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Previous Google work experience (preferred)

  • Self-starter

  • Attention to detail

  • Situational awareness

  • Value collaboration and transparency

  • High communication skills to explain technical questions/answers in a concise, simple, and consistent manner
