As Order Management Representative you will be a solution provider in a fast-pace environment that is committed to providing a positive experience to our customers. In this position you will process incoming orders and interact with external customers, via email, phone to provide superior level of service. This position will also interact with various internal customers including technical services, marketing, finance, sales and operations to assist in delivering positive outcomes for the customer and Allegion.

Responsibilities:

  • Process orders from Canada customers, via email/fax and EDI big box stores. Often Communicate directly with customers via phone, e-mail, fax or mail to identify and resolve a wide variety of issues and inquiries on their orders regarding products, pricing, order fulfillment, customer programs, and corporate policies.
  • Indexing and assigning incoming orders to appropriate ques
  • Modify customer orders in the business operating system.
  • Represent the organization daily through customer contact and relationship-building.
  • Work with internal departments to enable accurate account management and resolution of customer inquiries
  • Adhere to all Allegion Canada Inc. policies and procedures including Health and Safety.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Details:

  • Monday : Friday from 8am - 4:30pm
  • Pay rate : $17-19/hr.
  • Type : Remote Role

What you will need:

  • Actively enrolled in Post Secondary program/study (with a College or University)
  • Ability to communicate in a professional, positive, courteous manner at all times with all levels of customers, clients, visitors and employees.
  • Must be detail oriented, punctual
  • Understand basic customer needs and expectations to provide timely and accurate resolution to requests.
  • Self-motivated with ability to establish priorities and effectively manage time to complete multiple tasks within specified timeframes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to apply problem solving techniques.
  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and manufacturing operating systems (AS400) is an asset.
