Following rapid expansion into new markets, Fujitsu’s Oracle practice is growing, and we are seeking an Oracle COE (Pre-Sales) Solution Architect. This role requires solid experience in pre-sales and solution architecture, with a proven record of successfully delivering Oracle engagements.

Role and Responsibilities

This role suits an experienced Oracle professional with a strong track record in architecting and delivering Oracle Cloud ERP solutions. We are looking for someone eager to build a reputation for success within our large, passionate organization.

As a Pre-Sales Solution Architect, you will lead Oracle engagements end-to-end, providing thought leadership and governance for consulting initiatives. The architect will align solutions with best practices while considering constraints such as goals, budgets, and timelines.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Thought leader on Oracle Fusion’s portfolio of products and solutions.
  • Develop and maintain solution showcases on the Oracle Fusion platform.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to qualify customer needs and assess business value.
  • Propose, demo, and walk stakeholders through solution options, prototypes, and business cases.
  • Respond to Requests for Information (RFI) / Requests for Proposals (RFP).
  • Lead Proof of Concept (PoC) / Proof of Value (PoV) engagements with prospects.
  • Define business challenges and solutions while aligning with budgets and timelines.
  • Provide architectural leadership in pre-sales engagements and consulting initiatives.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, compliance monitor, and architectural authority on Oracle projects.
  • Mentor and guide other Solution Architects and Developers.

Qualifications

Experience & Skills:

  • 5+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud Architecture experience, with at least 3 years focused on pre-sales.
  • 10+ years of Oracle R12 EBS experience in architecture, design, and development.
  • Strong pre-sales expertise and mastery of the sales process.
  • Prior pre-sales experience with an Oracle partner or Oracle itself.
  • Experience developing Oracle solutions and technical design documents from business requirements.
  • Deep knowledge of Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Financial modules within Oracle.
  • In-depth understanding of Oracle Fusion setup and implementation processes.
  • In-depth understanding of Oracle integration architecture solution design using OIC, between Oracle fusion modules OR between Oracle fusion and Oracle R12 EBS and/or Non-Oracle Systems.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
  • Proven ability to connect with both C-level executives and Oracle ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience in Oracle Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules.
  • At least two full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Fusion Cloud as a lead architect.
  • Enterprise service management implementation experience.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices.

Certifications and Competencies:

  • Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong presentation development skills for customer engagements.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and leadership capabilities.

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. ​ It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each situation. The pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: specific skills, qualifications, experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. The pay range for this position is estimated at $142,640.00 to $199,696.00 USD. Additionally, this role may be eligible for a short-term incentive based on company results and individual performance.​
