Oracle Cloud SCM Senior Solutions Architect

The Solutions Architect will be responsible for leading the Supply Chain Management Support team. The job involves closely working with the client and their teams on Oracle Cloud applications and integration solutions and understanding their day-to-day operations. The correct candidate should be able to work with global teams, lead team members, and manage deliverables for the Oracle Supply Chain Track.

You will also contribute to various roles, including thought leadership, mentorship, systems analysis, architecture, design, configuration, testing, debugging, and documentation.

This role may require you to guide and mentor support team members.

This role is considered part of the Business Unit Senior Leadership team and may mentor delivery team members.

  • Work with global teams and manage deliverables.
  • Understand all Supply Chain Flows and have hands on experience in at least two of the following applications: P2P, O2C, Manufacturing & Cost Management, Product Management, Inventory Management
  • Ability to support the overall SCM solution

· 5+ years of experience within at least 2 of the following Oracle Cloud SCM products:

o Oracle Procure to Pay (P2P)

o Oracle Order to Cash (O2C)

o Manufacturing & Cost Management, Product Management, Inventory Management

o Supply Chain Planning

o WMS

 

· At least three years of experience in a professional services company, consulting firm, or agency in SCM specifically.

· Have a solid understanding of support methodology.

· Experience in solution estimation and team structure definition.

· Fluent and current on architecture trends in the SCM space.

· Demonstrated success in performing work and managing complex and/ or large support endeavors.

  • Proficient in authoring, editing, and presenting technical documents.
  • Ability to elicit requirements and communicate clearly with non-technical individuals, development teams, and other ancillary team and client members.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills; Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
  • Experience working on multiple concurrent support clients.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Be independent and self-driven.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, related field, or relevant on-the-job experience.
  • Preferred skills and education:
  • Certification in Oracle Cloud SCM and/or MFG
  • Experience leading customer training sessions to educate customers on best practices.
  • Experience working with a globally distributed team.

 

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $81,500 to $175,000. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
