As an Observability Engineer, you will be responsible for configuring, operating, and maintaining the observability platform, along with integrated monitoring and logging solutions, to ensure the reliability and performance of our IT infrastructure and applications. In this role, you will play a critical role in enhancing our systems' visibility, enabling proactive issue detection, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. Key collaboration and stakeholder relationships will include IT Infrastructure and SRE Teams, Dev/Engineering Teams, Incident Management & Support Teams, and customer service teams.
Due to the nature of this position, we are seeking experienced observability engineers who have a background using systems such as Splunk, Elastic and Datadog.
PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.
