About You:
Are you a strategic relationship builder and experienced Channel Manager with a passion for driving transformative partnerships? At SecurityScorecard, we are redefining how businesses understand and mitigate supply chain risk, and we’re looking for a National Channel Manager to manage a key set of national partners and fuel revenue growth. In this pivotal role, you will develop and lead national partner initiatives while serving as the primary liaison between SecurityScorecard and a focused set of national partners. Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Partner Relationship Management
- Be the primary point of contact for a key set of national partners, building and nurturing high-impact, collaborative relationships aligned with SecurityScorecard's strategic vision.
- Establish trust and mutual success with partner leadership, focusing on maximizing long-term value and business impact.
2. Joint Business Planning & Execution
- Drive and execute joint business plans, aligning objectives between SecurityScorecard and national partners to accelerate revenue growth and capture market share.
- Ensure mutual goal-setting and accountability while continuously optimizing joint initiatives for growth.
3. Sales Enablement & Training Leadership
- Lead partner sales enablement initiatives by delivering customized product training, market intelligence, and sales resources.
- Ensure partner sales teams are equipped to present and position SecurityScorecard's solutions with confidence and accuracy.
4. Deal Acceleration & Support
- Collaborate with national partner sales teams to identify high-potential sales opportunities, guiding deals through the funnel to successful closures.
- Support joint sales processes with strategic insights, co-selling efforts, and timely resolution of challenges.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work cross-functionally with SecurityScorecard’s internal teams including sales, marketing, product management, and engineering to drive cohesive partner engagement strategies and product-market alignment.
6. Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Track and evaluate partner performance against key revenue and operational metrics, offering actionable recommendations to enhance outcomes and capitalize on growth opportunities.
7. Market Insights & Competitive Analysis
- Stay on top of market trends and competitor strategies within the national partner ecosystem, proactively refining approaches to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience managing national or strategic partner programs, ideally in cybersecurity or a related technology industry.
- Proven success in driving revenue growth through partner ecosystems and executing go-to-market strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Expertise in partner relationship management, sales enablement, and business development strategies.
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track, analyze, and report on partner performance.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

The estimated total compensation range for this position is $160,000 - $200,000 (base plus bonus). Actual compensation for the position is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to affordability, skills, qualifications and experience, and may vary from the range. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible for annual performance-based incentive compensation awards and equity, among other company benefits.
