The Opportunity:
• CACI’s Agile Digital Solutions Group is seeking a Business Analyst who will be a part of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration’s (NASA) Consolidated Applications and Platform Services (NCAPS) team.


• NCAPS is a consolidation of current applications to standardize NASA’s IT systems and applications to include general IT, customer support, information management, mission support systems.


• NCAPS software developers will be part of a large-scale transformation effort to migrate the enterprise into a SAFe delivery model and becoming one of the flagship Agile programs within CACI and the government.


Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including product owners, development teams, and clients, to gather and analyze business requirements for the consolidation project.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to discover, document, and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with mission objectives and program goals.
• Develop and maintain detailed business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the development teams.
Work closely with development teams during sprints to clarify requirements, provide feedback, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of the product backlog, ensuring that it is prioritized and refined regularly.
Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement and effective delivery.
• Support the testing process by understanding the most effective test scenarios and test cases and participating in user acceptance testing as a representative of the user community.
• Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and effective communication.
Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to requirements and scope, ensuring project success.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of Agile practices and processes within the team and organization.


Qualifications:

Required: 

• Bachelors’ degree (will consider experience in lieu of degree)
• 6+ or more years of relevant experience
• Must be willing and able to obtain a NASA Public Trust Clearance (US Citizenship required)
• Proven experience in gathering, documenting, and prioritizing business requirements and user stories.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.


Desired:

• Proficiency in Agile project management tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or other Agile certifications.
• Experience in large-scale application and platform consolidation projects.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, and their integration with Agile methodologies.
• Prior NASA experience

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$68,400-$143,700
