Pivots between headquarters, competitors, suppliers, and FE’s, to ensure efficient and successful operations.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities :
Lead and own Multi-Vendor Service initiatives, strategies and processes to improve purchased services control, material productivity, customer satisfaction, and multi-vendor service delivery, Promote teamwork, communication, and influence others to achieve business results, driving revenue & creative non-contract revenue programs. Promote the use of internal support resources and other subject matter experts, champion escalations and coordination of necessary resources for speedier resolution of service delivery issues. Manage parts consumption or usage, and approval mechanisms to control material costs. 
Work with local service sales team to develop “win-win” strategies to capture incremental multivendor business and retain existing MV service contracts.  Work with the local Directors of Service and Field Engineers to coordinate and implement new multi-vendor contracts and support noncontract revenue growth. Own Multi-vendor P&L for assigned local area and drive to achieve revenue and margin goals for this area of responsibility. Build strong relationships with customer and local team, creating and reinforcing customer satisfaction  Drive business results within area of responsibility not limited to MV

Qualifications/Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field of study and a minimum five years’ experience in an operations leadership role. 
Proven leadership skills, including the ability to motivate cross functional teams to achieve business goals.
 Strong business acumen, including a strong financial background and analytical mindset. Profit and Loss (P&L) exposure. Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate with FE’s and customers at all levels. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $107,520.00-$161,280.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
