About the Role
As a Multi-Line Claims Supervisor at CCMSI, you’ll lead and mentor a team of three adjusters and one assistant while managing a mix of general premises liability, hospitality, general liability, and some auto claims. In this role, you’ll oversee the investigation, adjustment, and supervision of assigned litigated and non-litigated claims, with a strong emphasis on general premises liability. Additionally, you will directly handle a caseload of approximately 50 complex claims, ensuring they are managed efficiently and in alignment with best practices

Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of adjusters and assistants while managing a caseload of 50 complex claims.
- Oversee and manage claims involving general premises liability, hospitality, general liability, and auto.
- Ensure that all claims adhere to company standards, client instructions, and jurisdictional regulations.
- Review, evaluate, and authorize claim investigations, reserves, and settlements.
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development to your team to ensure high-quality claims management.
- Collaborate with risk managers and brokers to develop claim strategies that align with business goals and mitigate exposure.
- Monitor and manage vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective and efficient claim handling.
- Analyze complex claims involving litigation, catastrophic losses, and coverage disputes.
- Ensure performance aligns with corporate goals and client expectations, particularly regarding leadership, team management, and mentoring.
Qualifications
Training and Development
- New hires will receive one-on-one training from management and peers, with an increasing caseload based on comprehension and experience. The goal is to reach full capacity within six months.
Travel
- Limited travel required. Occasional travel for file reviews and an annual Supervisor Summit in Phoenix, AZ.
Performance Metrics
- Performance will be assessed based on claim handling efficiency, quality of work, leadership capabilities, team management, and alignment with company processes.

Qualifications
- At least 5+ years of experience in handling multi-line claims, with a strong emphasis on general liability and complex claims.
- Supervisory experience is preferred, with a proven ability to manage and mentor a team.
- Nationwide claims experience is highly preferred, and experience with Nevada claims is a plus.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-jurisdictional environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claim management systems.
Licenses & Certifications
- Home state adjuster's license required.
- Nevada adjuster’s license is a plus.
- Additional certifications (e.g., AIC) are a plus.
