Location: Remote – Colorado (CO Residents Only)

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM MT

Salary Range: $65,000 to $75,000

About the Role

As a Multi-Line Claim Representative II, you will be responsible for adjusting a variety of claims, including General Liability, Auto, and Property Damage. The role requires 2+ years of multi-line claims experience. This position involves managing a dedicated client account while ensuring compliance with CCMSI’s high standards of quality service.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled Multi-Line Claim Representative II to handle General Liability and other claims in a remote work setting.

Responsibilities:

• Investigate, evaluate, and adjust multi-line claims in accordance with established standards and laws.
• Establish and review reserves within established authority levels.
• Review and approve or provide oversight on medical, legal, and damage estimates related to claims.
• Authorize and make payments on claims in accordance with company procedures.
• Negotiate settlements within established corporate and client-specific guidelines.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, claimants, and other parties involved in the claims process.
• Maintain and manage personal diaries for claims on the claim system.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in multi-line claims adjusting is required.
• Colorado claims experience is required.
• Previous self-insurance experience, specifically with municipalities or public entities, is highly preferred. 
• Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills are essential.
