JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Opportunity
As the MSP Partner Program Execution Manager you will be a pivotal force in handling, growing and optimizing the global MSP GTM (Go-to-Market) lifecycle for Commvault’s MSP Program. Your role demands strategic foresight, adept cross-functional teamwork, and a keen focus on refining processes and workflows. You will orchestrate the alignment of goals across teams, implementing standardization measures while effectively motivating collaborators and partners to ensure the sustained revenue growth of the Commvault MSP business globally. Your responsibilities encompass implementing and refining our MSP partner program to drive revenue growth for our MSP partners. Collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams, you will ensure the detailed execution of the program, aspiring to achieve key sales performance metrics. Additionally, you will craft and implement comprehensive GTM enablement programs, empowering our MSP partners to optimally market, sell, and support our products and services.
What you’ll do…
Implement and optimize the MSP partner program to drive growth and success among participating MSP partners.
Define and communicate goals and strategies to align MSP GTM activities across sales, marketing, operations, onboarding, expansion, and renewals.
Develop and complete plans to scale up MSP GTM through standardization, process optimization, and the implementation of tools and documentation.
Build a variety of enablement materials, including presentations, guides and videos, tailored to the needs of MSP partners participating in the program.
Standardize MSP presales/onboarding processes, build partner onboarding templates, and document standard methodologies, establish common expansion and retention models for increased ARR/MRR.
Develop and deliver training programs and resources to enable MSP partners to optimally market, sell, and support our products and services within the framework of the MSP program.
Act as a key point of contact for participating MSP partners, providing mentorship, support, and critical issue assistance as needed.
Nurture positive relationships with participating MSP partners, serving as their advocate internally and aligning company priorities to partner needs, particularly …
