The Department of the Air Force (DAF) is in the midst of a wholescale transformation effort aimed at delivering a force that is ready to meet the challenges of the 21st century. DAF is transforming elements of all phases of its human resource management (HRM) life cycle to meet their people's demands.

ManTech will ensure that the DAF’s business processes and supporting information technology platforms fully empower DAF personnel and Guardians to maximize their abilities. Your work on the DTD team will help transform data and enterprise architectures, consolidate and modernize platforms, and integrate AI into human capital business processes.

Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Mobile Application Tester- Salesforce to join our team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Responsible for testing, validating, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications developed using Salesforce or other Web Applications

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative and user-friendly mobile solutions that meet the needs of our clients and users

  • Work closely with Business analysts to develop test cases, test strategy and document requirement traceability matric

  • Work closely with Mobile Application developers and UI/UX Designers to understand the user profiles, personas, and end-end workflows to maintain Human Centered Design

  • Work closely with customers to implement appealing and intuitive user interfaces

  • Conduct thorough testing of mobile applications to ensure high performance and reliability

  • Stay current with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in mobile development

  • Continuously improve mobile applications through feedback iteration, and updates

  • Assist in the documentation of technical specifications and development processes

  • Familiarity with Salesforce Application Functionality

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business. 

  • 5+ years of relevant Salesforce Mobile Application testing and Quality assurance experience

  • Ability to handle multiple assignments concurrently

  • Experience and knowledge related to source/change control, bug tracking, SDLC, and integration of mobile application to legacy and cloud systems

  • Ability to appropriately handle confidential and/or sensitive materials

  • Preferred prior professional services or federal consulting experience

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a US Citizenship and able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance

Physical Requirements: 

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time with occasional travel.

The projected compensation range for this position is $84,900-$141,100. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
