About the Role:

A Principal MLOps Engineer leads the design, implementation, and optimization of machine learning operations infrastructure and practices. This senior-level position combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership to drive ML excellence across the organization.

What You Will Do:

• Architect and implement enterprise-wide MLOps platforms and infrastructure
• Design scalable solutions for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management
• Establish best practices for ML system reliability, reproducibility, and efficiency
• Lead technical decision-making for ML infrastructure investments
• Drive adoption of MLOps tools and practices across engineering teaSalary range: $99,501.91 – $183,764.31 The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role is also eligible for an annual performance-based incentive opportunity. • Develop strategies for technical debt reduction and platform modernization
• Partner with stakeholders to align MLOps initiatives with business objectives
