ICF is currently seeking a Delivery Lead for the National Midstream team to support the design and delivery of our midstream energy efficiency programs across the Division. Successful candidate will lead the development of standardized program materials, processes, and resources for residential and commercial midstream programs and support business development activities. Working closely with the Offering Owner, National Outreach Lead and local team Program Managers, this individual will be responsible for monitoring and supporting the successful delivery of operations needs across multiple functional areas, including internal operations, client support, and stakeholder management.

What you will be doing:

  • Supporting local teams in the management of midstream program performance including financial management, contract deliverables, strategic planning, quality assurance, evaluation and operational efficiencies.
  • Developing and deploying standardized program material templates, program processes and procedures, and offering innovation.
  • Organizing and maintaining resource libraries on the National Offering SharePoint site including ongoing communication through Yammer, emails, reporting and sharing market insights.
  • Maintaining ongoing communications with program teams and our utility clients to deliver market updates, supporting program start-up and launch, collecting stakeholder feedback and reporting, and supporting EM&V initiatives. 
  • Supporting the National Outreach Lead to develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with major local and national and regional distributors, suppliers, and manufacturers to support their participation in program, including use and reporting from the team CRM.
