Here's how you will contribute to the success of the company

Sherweb is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Microsoft Program Manager to join our dynamic Sales Department. This role will report directly to the Director of Microsoft Sales and play a key role in driving our Microsoft-related sales initiatives and programs.

  • Collaborate with the Director of Microsoft Sales to set up and monitor Microsoft programs.
  • Analyze Microsoft benefits, find opportunities to increase partner growth.
  • Provide customers with expertise in the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program.
  • Develop training paths and plans to help Sherweb partners achieve Solution Designations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Stay updated with the latest Microsoft products, services, and industry trends.
  • Provide training and support to the sales team on available Microsoft programs.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on performance.

 Here's what you need to have and master to get the job 

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales or program management.
  • Minimum 2-3 Prior experience in managing Microsoft sales programs is highly desirable.
  • Certification in Microsoft products or programs is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a program manager role, preferably within the technology sector.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft products and services, particularly M365 and Azure.
  • Familiarity with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and their operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Reasons for the requirement of English: Sherweb has international customers and fluency in English is the only way to ensure proper service delivery to them. The main tasks related to this position require written and oral communication with an English-speaking clientele at all times.
