Position Summary
The Microsoft Platforms Analyst plays an important role in the organization by performing several activities related to the company’s Information Technology functions. The role manages the Microsoft Center of Excellence (CoE), maintaining a backlog of issues that need to be addressed with solutions in the tenant and fostering power users in the organization. The role partners with the Microsoft development team and the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) to elicit requirements, groom stories for developers, and complete development tasks in SharePoint, Power Platform, and Azure.
Essential Functions
- Manage the Center of Excellence Toolkit; manage Power Platform solution installations; maintain a backlog of tasks to keep solutions deployed in the tenant in line with team best practices and IT general controls; foster a power user community.
- Monitor deployment pipelines and general health of production
- Maintains the Microsoft Solution Inventory; visualize work inflight.
- Meet regularly with select power users & business customers in the organization to review the health of deployed solutions and groom requests for new features or enhancements in the backlog.
- Actively enhance development skills in the Microsoft stack (principally, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Azure).
- Complete development tasks in the Microsoft stack; escalate complex components to other team members or contractors.
- Monitor production support tickets for the team; complete tickets as able and escalate others to team members. Set expectations and identify project requests.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for solutions in partnership with development team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree directly related to the position or equivalent, required.

Minimum of six years of experience in technology and/or project experience and/or management disciplines; a minimum of two years developing and/or managing projects in the Microsoft stack.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Platforms including SharePoint, Power Platform, and Azure.
- Self-starter with the demonstrated ability to learn/adapt to new technologies and techniques.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Passionate about delivering excellence in customer service within a team environment.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business/technological periodicals, procedures, and journals.
- Ability to write technical documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

Requirements
Physical: Work is primarily sedentary; mobility in an office setting.
Manual Dexterity: Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
Audio/Visual: Regularly required to accurately perceive, distinguish and interpret information received visually and through audio, e.g., words, numbers and other data broadcasted aloud/viewed on a screen, as well as print and other media.
Environmental: Office environment – moderate noise, no substantial exposure to adverse environmental conditions.
Mental: Learn new tasks, remember processes, maintain focus, complete tasks independently, and make timely decisions in the context of a workflow.
Schedules: Work is primarily performed during the business week, Monday - Friday.
Travel: 5% or less

Targeted Salary Range: $77,000 - $105,000 annually
Compensation at Guild is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to local and federal minimum wage requirements, education, level of experience, and applicant’s geographical location.
