Location:  Remote

The Role

The Merchandiser, UGG Women’s Footwear, NA WHSL is responsible for influencing, executing, & communicating the strategic Merchandising vision for Women’s Footwear across the NA WHSL channel of distribution. The Merchandiser will influence a consumer-led assortment aligned to strategic brand & commercial priorities, while meeting or exceeding regional and category financial targets & ensuring that the WHSL channel of distribution offers a balanced mix of carryover & new product that serves our consumer targets. The Merchandiser must demonstrate a deep understanding of the consumer, marketplace, and business, and an ability to influence cross-functional partners throughout the end-to-end concept to go-to-market process. An excellent candidate for this role has a deep understanding of the consumer and marketplace, strong retail math acumen and a passion for Women’s footwear.

Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

Support the Sr. Merchandising Manager on deliverables for key milestone meetings and strategies, inclusive of Brand Conference and Go-To-Market meetings.

2. Build strategic brand & commercial priorities, while meeting or exceeding regional and category financial targets.

3. Guide a segmented and differentiated assortment strategy that delivers a brand right experience to the Wholesale consumer.

4. Collaborate with global & regional cross-functional teams including Consumer Insights, Demand & Supply Planning, DTC Merchandising, Product Creation, & Sales (including Sales Operations & Planning).

5. Be the “go-to” for all UGG Women’s Footwear product & assortment related queries for NA Wholesale.

Who You Are

  • You excel in the ‘art and science’ of merchandising, you have a passion for product and are able to leverage data for forward-looking strategy
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity; adjusts with energy & optimism
  • You are an excellent communicator, able to partner and influence across a matrixed organization; you are receptive/adaptable to feedback; a collaborative team player
  • You are a self-starter, and possess strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail

We’d love to hear from people with

  • A minimum of 4+ years Merchandising or Buying experience
  • Wholesale experience preferred
  • Women’s Footwear experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Product & business (retail math) acumen
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Applications
  • Ability to travel 15-20% annually

$90,000 - $100,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
