The Medical Technical Insides Sales Specialist for Cytiva is responsible for complementing Pall Medical's commercial teams to generate sales and ensure Customer Satisfaction. While working in a multidisciplinary team across different business functions, you will get the chance to grow your network, learn Pall Medical's unique business model, and develop sales, marketing, and operational skills for your career. Your support of our customer-facing activities will contribute directly to our success and play a key role to improve customer experience.
This position is part of the Technical Inside Sales team covering the United States and Canada territories and will be fully remote. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.
What you will do:
- Support field sales efforts in achieving their territory and market business plans by handling customer inquiries and providing product and technical support.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and other subject matter experts when necessary to provide quality customer guidance and customized solutions where applicable
- Collect and provide constructive feedback to management with the intent of driving continuous improvement of our commercial processes.
- Engage customers via phone, live chat on the website, and emails to identify and nurture their needs with our solutions.
- Manage category C & D customers (low revenue, varying potential for growth), as well as lost and stalled opportunities to regain and accelerate business
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) areas of study preferred) and/or 2+ years’ experience in a commercial role with a scientific background
- Clear and Concise verbal (phone calls, conference calls, presentations) and written (email, live chat) communication skills.
